Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any QuickCommerceOS service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

QuickCommerceOS provides a multi-vendor marketplace operating system — including white-label consumer apps, vendor management tools, a delivery partner app, a commission and settlement engine, marketing automation tools, and analytics. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Services are provided on a subscription basis and accessed via the internet. We do not ship software; access is granted through your QuickCommerceOS account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are for business use. You may not resell access to our platform without a written partner agreement with QuickCommerceOS.

QuickCommerceOS is available on quarterly and annual billing cycles. There is no monthly billing option. The monthly figure displayed on our pricing page is for comparison purposes only.

• Quarterly: ₹17,999/month equivalent, billed ₹53,997 every three months.
• Annual: ₹14,999/month equivalent, billed ₹1,79,988 per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

You may not use QuickCommerceOS to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Process or facilitate illegal transactions
• Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

QuickCommerceOS and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, documentation, and trademarks. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Our current uptime history is available at status.quickcommerceos.com.

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickCommerceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
