QuickCommerceOS is multi-vendor marketplace software for founders and regional operators launching their own branded quick commerce app. Connect independent vendors, customers and delivery partners through one operating platform.
Book a DemoWhat is multi-vendor marketplace software?
It connects multiple independent merchants to customers under one marketplace brand. The operator manages vendor access, service areas, commissions and marketplace operations while vendors manage their catalogue and incoming orders.
Who is QuickCommerceOS for?
Founders launching a local delivery marketplace and regional operators bringing independent merchants into a branded app. It supports the aggregator model rather than currently sellable single-retailer or retail-chain operations.
Four roles, one connected order
The marketplace operator configures and oversees the business. Vendors supply products and accept orders. Customers browse and order. Delivery partners collect and deliver accepted orders.
- Operator: vendor onboarding, commission configuration, settlements and analytics.
- Vendor: catalogue setup and order acceptance in the vendor app.
- Customer: ordering, payments, wallet, reviews and tracking.
- Delivery partner: assignments and delivery progress in the partner app.
How the marketplace workflow works
Vendor onboarding → catalogue setup → customer order → vendor acceptance → delivery assignment → live tracking → commission calculation → settlement → analytics. Each step connects merchant operations to customer fulfillment.
Vendor and catalogue management
Onboard vendors with KYC, organise categories and maintain product catalogues. AI Menu Scanner helps digitise menus for catalogue setup. Vendors work through a dedicated app.
Customer ordering experience
Branded customer apps bring the marketplace catalogue, search, ordering, payments, offers, notifications, reviews and live tracking into a multi-vendor experience.
Delivery partner operations
Use dispatch, live order tracking, Eagle View and geofenced service areas to manage delivery operations. Courier Mode supports courier workflows alongside marketplace delivery.
Marketplace commissions and service fees
Configure commission and service fees for your marketplace model. Operator revenue and vendor amounts should be reviewed together with order and settlement records.
Settlement and vendor payouts
Manage vendor payout workflows and vendor wallets. Review settlement rules, payment gateway setup and payout processes in a demo; no universal settlement deadline is promised.
Wallets and COD reconciliation
Customer and vendor wallets support commerce workflows. COD reconciliation helps account for cash collected through deliveries and amounts due to vendors.
Promotions and referrals
Core marketing includes push notifications, email, cashback, discounts and referrals. Marketing Plus adds webhooks for WhatsApp-style, SMS and Zapier-style workflows through configured external services.
Marketplace analytics
Review revenue, stock, delivery, categories and products to understand marketplace activity. Use these views to inform vendor, catalogue and delivery decisions.
White-label apps
Launch customer, vendor and delivery partner apps under your brand. Flutter-based apps support iOS and Android, with web/PWA customer access. The product supports multiple languages, currencies and payment gateways; this website is English-only.
Supported marketplace categories
Start with grocery or a multi-restaurant food marketplace, or explore pharmacy, electronics and fashion vendors. Category-specific obligations and operating processes remain the marketplace operator’s responsibility.
Marketplace software instead of building from scratch
Buying a platform connects the common vendor, customer, rider and finance workflows. Building your own may suit a business with unusual requirements and an engineering team. Compare the total work of launch, maintenance, integrations and operations.
QuickCommerceOS vs generic delivery management software
Dispatch software focuses on assigning and tracking deliveries. QuickCommerceOS also includes vendor onboarding, customer ordering, commissions, wallets, payouts, promotions and marketplace analytics. Choose based on the whole business workflow, not dispatch alone.
Marketplace pricing
Quarterly: ₹17,999/month equivalent, ₹53,997 every 3 months. Annual: ₹14,999/month equivalent, ₹1,79,988 billed annually. Save ₹36,000/year (approximately 17%). No monthly billing option. Both add-ons are included free with annual billing.
